Abandoned Dog In Construction Site Wouldn’t Move Because He Was Too Scared
Dog Rescue, Hope For Paws, received a call about an abandoned dog in a construction site of a home in California.
When rescuers Hagar and Loreta Frankonyte arrived at the scene, they saw the dog smack dab in the middle of the rocks and all alone. They quickly secured the area so the dog couldn’t escape and began figuring out how they could rescue him.
Loreta brought some food over to him and began to feed the dog with her hands. The dog ate a few bites and it was then that she knew she had his trust. She then placed her Lucky Leash around his neck and named the dog Odin. According to Hope For Paws Official Rescue Channel on YouTube, the woman who contacted them about Odin offered them her help.
Each of them assisted in carrying Odin’s cage safely down the rocks and into the van. Once Odin was safely in the vehicle, rescuers scanned him for a microchip but they didn’t find one. From the rescue location, they headed straight to the hospital where Odin was neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
